The Senate stands adjourned until 11:00am on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Cal. #315 , H.J.Res.142 , disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the D.C. Income and Franchise Tax Conformity and Revision Temporary Amendment Act of 2025.  At approx. 12:00pm the Senate will vote on passage of H.J.Res.142 . The Senate will then resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Cal. #311 , H.R.7147 Making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes (DHS Approps).  There will be up to 30 minutes of debate, equally divided, and upon use or yielding back of time the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed. Additional roll call votes are possible during Thursday’s session.  Another message will be sent if votes are scheduled.
