Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #6, S.Res.817, providing for en bloc consideration of (74) certain Executive Calendar nominations, post-cloture, with no amendments or motions in relation to the Executive Resolution in order.

At approx. 11:30am the Senate is expected to vote on a motion to proceed to Cal. #533, S.J.Res.199, A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Health and Human Services relating to "Restoring Flexibility in the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF)" (Murray).

The Senate is then expected to vote on a motion to discharge S.J.Res.181, A joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress (Gillibrand) from the Committee on Foreign Relations.

Following disposition of S.J.Res.181 the Senate will resume Executive Session, and at approximately 1:45pm the Senate will vote on adoption of Executive Calendar #6, S.Res.817, providing for en bloc consideration of (74) certain Executive Calendar nominations.
